Lately i have just been noticing that some shadows are done with hand movement and some aren't. Which one do you do?

P.S I use my fingers to push mine.

No it wont, it would spin on the back of your finger not the back of your hand, you could say Korean neobak, but that doesnt exist :P

uh? you're supposed to do it from a charge push. Noobs do it with the thumb flap

Yes I do it from a charge push but in some vids they move there whole hand. They flick it, it looks exactly the same except the push.

Edit: Vid from the inverse shadow thread. In the middle he does a shadow still. He moves his whole hand to do it and I'm sure I've seen others do this.

You can do shadow still fingerlessly. I guess he just learned it that way. People use different techniques for tricks all the time. He could also just be moving his hand a lot after he uses a normal push, i couldnt really tell.

If it is a fingerless shadow still it's technically a reverse neobak, though (the mapped reverse not the perfect reverse, if there is one for neobak)

the "fingerless" isnt really fingerless. its jus less of a finger push, with an added hand movement. its jus something that makes the shadow more consistent and smooth. after doing shadows for awhile it comes naturally.

its kinda lik when you get better at the charge it doesnt look lik you are using your fingers to move it.

I used to do the Shadow without any hand movement, just a slight wiggle of the fingers. I need to relearn that with my MSXA.

Now it's indeed Charge motion but with a slight hand movement.
