I put the shoutbox back in the arcade. It's not same as last time, but it's good enough.

Use it to challenge other people, brag, or whatever. I'll use it to announce when the deadline is coming for contests.

BTW, I doubt there's any need for a shoutbox in the main forum, because we have Most Replies.

btw the shoutbox only refreshes when click refresh, post a new message, or load a page. If you just stay in one page it won't do it automatically for you. Click refresh to do it.
