I voted for full status because he does a pretty good job, his work is noticed and hes doing a great role-model job for the beginners :)

i dont check boards but GOOD mods are always helpful. besides, the kid plays stepmania alot, he got fast hands. can help many people quickly.

seriously Eriror did enough, helped me a lot with the hacker changing title (him and ivan did most of it) and he locked deleted appropriate threads in the sections he's responsible for.

@Armored Saint: as a beta-mod, Eriror does not have full access to the entire board yet. You may have been hanging out in the wrong forums.:lol:

I've been hanging around for the last month, and from what I've seen, Eriror deserves full mod powers. He's certainly friendly and active around the boards, as well as does his moderator jobs well.

Hey, yeah I voted to give Eriror full moderator status. He really helped a lot of people as I did my daily readings of the forum. Another thing that sparked my interest, was Eriror's sacrifice to take it upon himself to close topics that were not needed. Zombo does a great deal of this, but Eriror has been second in doing this, which is why he has the makings of a great moderator... In my opinion. :lol:

uhh, actually this has nothing to do with my political views. im hardly on ucpsb so it doesnt affect me all that much and if i do post its usualy relevant in general discussions and (we all know how spammer's bin works.)

if i would vote in a public election that decides what happens to me personally i would reconsider the canidates but it's not like eriror is being elected as dictator or prez or something so w/e.

and i know votes matter, but i already knew that eriror was going to win before i picked the vote so therefore it does not matter and you DID say that it was up to the staff board to decide aynway so i dont see what big of a difference it makes for the opinion of one person in a public poll.

and i don't get why toast get rejected twice? are you implying that when we had a public vote for his mod that the votes did matter and the admins used that as their reasoning instead of their own judgement?

well, back to politics... its ALOT like the US presidential election... our votes dont decide anything .... but the people above us look at our votes to decide what happens.


EDIT: example: if the mods all thought that eriror deserved to be a mod, but the votes were 33 for not mod, and 2 for full mod, they wouldnt make him a mod. Its a balance.

yep, Toast was polled twice, and twice the public was against him, so he got rejected.

A moderator serves the public so of course the public should agree with the choice of mod.

Why would we even poll the public if we're going to throw it away anyway :dunno:
