Recently, there's been chatter about pen spinning style...

Can someone elaborate on what people call "korean style"?
If there is Korean style, are there Japanese,Chinese,French, etc.?

let's not get into this... people have different notions of what is style, and some ppl think their definition is correct and others are wrong, this may end up in a flame war. :(

perfectly understandable...

I'll just watch a lot of vids to get the general idea

when people say korean style i think they are generalizing what korean vids look like:
medium fast to very fast
difficult tricks
many charge passes and BAs and neosonic > rev charge t1 > fl ta rev
cont rev baks or an aerial at the end

I'd say you cant define the "korean style" since none of them spin the exact same

Pen spinning style is like the common feuds about the proper way to build igloos up here in Canada. There have been countless wars and tragic massacres of villages over igloo building methods. So i think its best to stay away from this type of conversation.

Korean style was how we define the combos Koreans do during the ol'skool times. Just check out PDS 1st for a reference.
So, basically the same few tricks that are linked fairly smoothly and fast.
