hey every1.
i was just bored so i felt like making a tutorial for all the beginner penspinners out there =D
ok well... this is how u do a thumbaround(right hand)
---------------------------------------------------
How u hold ur pen:
Holding ur pen at the start is easy.u should hold it between ur thumb(T) and index finger (1) so ur thumb and index form a sort of "O". then u put ur middle finger to the left of ur index finger (about 1.5 a cm away) ur middle finger should just touch the pen.
To make ur TA easier u should also hold it 3/4 of the wa down the pen. so 3 quarters of the pen is infront/below ur 4th finger and ring finger.

The push.
When ur holding it correctly all u have to do is push ur middle finger towards u. ur middle finger should end up halfway down ur thumb. Remember to ur index finger backwards so it doesnt get in the way.

The Catch.
ok... well this is the hardest part of a TA. well the hardest part to learn anyway.
If u did everything above correctly. ur index finger should be about 3-4 cm away from ur thumb. just move ur index finger towards ur thumb. dont try to concentrate on catching the pen. (do this when u are getting better) just concentrate on the movment of ur fingers. after the catch ur hand should be holding the pen about half way down and u should be holding it as if u are writing. except ur index and thumb are touching and the pen touches ur middle finger on the first knuckle.
-------------------------TIPS-----------------------------------
Remember to keep ur thumb up wards. relaxing ur thumb and making it go down is a common reflex for everyone. u will soon get used to it.

While the pen is going around ur thumb ur hand, ur thumb should be touching the softer area of ur middle finger between the 2 joints. this forms a small ''o''(smaller than the one created when u hhold the pen). Your thumb and index finger also form a backwards "J"(this is wat it looks like if your thumb and index finger are the closest fingers to your face/eyes)

And thats my tutorial... Hope it works  :spin:

video tutorials > written tutorials

Good effort though. And if you plan on making more written tutorials please USE A SPELL CHECKER. I understand this is the interweb and everyone uses whatever slang or short notation but it's really annoying to read, especially if you're trying to teach someone.
