Ok, this is the solution I came up with.

Out of the 12 teams that submitted "most" of their videos (late or not), I cut 4 teams out. Here are the reasons:

-TV & FAV: CrAsH was my contact with them, so I can't keep up with those teams. Besides, cutting off those teams leave me with teams from international/occidental boards, which facilitate my communication and judging GREATLY.

-CUM: 2 spinners w/ broken cams, sorry but I don't think you can recover.

-W.F.T: In the end I had to pick who to cut between WFT and NGS and I chose WFT because I know NGS's reason for not turning in video is technical and I have more confidence in them because strat has experience in the TS format.

Those 8 teams have been re-seeded and this will constitutes "round 2".

The other change is to the rules. NO MORE CARDS, NO MORE PERIODS. Just give me the lineups within 4 days and THAT'S IT. FINAL.

Just don't forget that S1, S3 = 2 points FTW but D2, S4 = 3 points FTW.

Furthermore, the time minimum for each spinner in doubles is reduced to 10 seconds.

I also give PLENTY of time now to submit videos. 3 weeks in total, 2.5 weeks starting from the deadline of lineup hand-in.

LINEUP DEADLINE: JULY 4TH.
VIDEO DEADLINE: JULY 21ST.

Actually, FooK was able to get his camera working again the day the videos were due. He had lost the tip of his pen at that moment though, so he wasn't able to record anything. Pe haden't his laptop with his webcamera available, but that was also just temporary.

Till next round, we'd be able to submit all videos. I respect your descision though, better luck for us next time I guess.
