Your favourite, and least favourite, pen spinning memories.

I think my favourite is the maths lesson in which I learnt my first trick, TA.

My worst memory has to be the closure of UPSB V2, such an awful day.

Best memory? Learning my first trick lol i was so happy

worst memory? uhhhh i would have to say the closing of UPSB2... i love that place

Best: meeting some one from my school that penspined

Worst: getting a dam scar from a effin DR.KT ><

My favorite time period would have to be the California Gathering...

• hanging out some more with SubParSpinner
• meeting kam
• meeting the sexy kaisen
• getting my first true AMMX made with SubPar and kam's help
• getting my first RSVP MX (with a spiffy made-by-kam insert)
• seeing a few extremely frustrated people after a LONG time making an irisgito (which I didn't pay much attention to, so I can't help anyone make one -_-)
• watching kaisen's rubixcube skills
• learning to do a 1-hand card cut
• learning to shuffle a desk of cards w/out using a table
• watching kam show off his speed cup skills, and everyone try their hand at it
• watching SubPar say to a few passing people "what are you looking at? We're not weird... you're weird"
• Seeing SubPar's MASSIVE pen collection
• hearing kam answer his cell phone as "kam"

...good times.

My 2nd favorite time would be a close second:

BEST: seeing how far UCPSB has gone through the years. starting as a chill, hangout spot, to becoming one of the most influential and prominent boards.

WORST: losing my first fake MX.....
OTHER WORST: and then UPSBV2 closing.
OTHER OTHER WORST: losing an HGG tip with my first prototype comssa retr. I was spinning it without gluing. Somehow, it flew off and disappeared somewhere in my house. i really don't know where it went as i saw where it landed. unfortunately, it's gone. (it was the only HGG tip i had at the moment. this threw off my modding plans for a while until i could get a replacement.)

best: when UPSB+PDS was finally released
worst: first spam attack ever on UPSB by bojo, firebird.

Best: The feeling of accomplishment when something actually worked for me lol (Hybrid notation, UCPSB Pens, Sponsership)

Worst: uum, the feeling like shit when people flame you for those accomplishments.

My best memory would be the first time someone looked interested about the passtime I've had.

Worst : « Hey man, do you play drums ? » « Oh I know, you play drums right ? » « Bah, It's easy when you play drums. »

ill always have a good memory whenever someone comes up to me while your spinning and says "hey, can you teach me that?" that feeling is pretty awesome.

worst memories:
theres always that one person, like health,ephem, and pearl said, that calls you a baton twirler or some kind of drummer. but then theres that one kind of person..

Best: When me and my friend Cory (CaKe (from UPSB)) were just starting out spinning, man those were good times... I remember we'd always have huge plans of future collabs/promotions, one time we discussed how when we were "pro" we were gunna make a video and imitate all of the best spinners like Tohlz and NHK.. And when we were gunna make a vid of both of our hands in the same shot (he was left handed) and act as if it was one person and just bust out the craziest combos :P

Worst: UPSB's closure obviously, which also brought an end to my best memory <_<

Best: Eso's rant about random shit. But him saying Jessica Alba is fuckin hot, that made my day. Eso is one of my favs now.

Worst: Seeing a spinner teach some one else the stuff I taught him.

There are barely any spinners in my area. And when he taught them, he never said that I taught him that and it pissed me off a litt.

Fav: Me getting all of my spinning pens taken away from me by a teacher and then him giving me a bic to write with only for me to spin it again.

Worst: 1 friend of mine who learned spinning -_-

Good: Sorry if this is kinda long....But the first guy I ever saw do thumbaround is one of my Boss's at work and he told me it was "magic" and I'd never be able to learn it, I was intrigued and it lead me to the interest I have in psing today, that was only about three months ago, and I was in a meeting with him a couple of weeks ago at work and I had an MX with me and was just freestyling, he looked over and stopped the whole meeting and told everyone to watch cuz I was doing "amazing" things with my pen...Aww it will never get better than that!!!

Bad: I broke an F-3000 the day I got it

Good: When i was searching for an active pen spinning forum and stumbled upon UCPSB.

Bad: When i decided to get back into pen spinning from a 2 year hiatus only to discovered that USPBv2 was shut down

favorite: when my friend begged me to make him a "spinny pen" and i told him to get the pens i needed, i gave him the pen for him to notice that it dont spin on its own, and u have to work at it lol.

worst: when someone wanted to spin my MX and broke the tip and lost it soon after i made it.

Well the memory that I've remembered was, during lunchtime. I was pen spinning and I was doing infinity then I released it, and when I was about to catch it I wasnt even close to to catching, then my pen broke.. :( that was my last time breaking a pen.

AHAHA if ppl ask me how do you do that? I say very carefully.
Best: Learning Shadow (I squealed like a little girl (really))
Worst: Losing my favorite pen under a shelf at a store (well actually after reaching under the shelf and getting my arm covered in dust I got it <_<) so nvm that one actually.
Real Worst: When someone said that some dude was better than me and all he could do was infinity :angryfire: and I was doing a sweet combo too :banghead: (then again I showed him the infinity then he agreed that I was better)
