Battle priority is determined by date of challenge. Since Leviathan challenged ChucKo, that battle will take place first. Swiss will then be allowed to challenge whoever is the 004 and after that T_N_C will be able to challenge the 005.
The only exception would be if someone beat a 000 and challenged 006, since this will all take over a month anyway... theres no reason to delay a battle that long.

I thought the Elite six was disbanded because of the ladder and inactivity?

And yes Toasty I do think it will happen. And no it won't be disbanded just yet since the majority of the members felt it was good and i'm still getting challenges. If it becomes inactive then probably.
