I film mine on my homework desk. with my black T-shirt on top of it and my tripod right beside it. Also My crazy black lamp. I use a Exilim digital camera.

IT'd be helpful if you get details on what camera you use etc. Like what I did above. Also try showing a video or a picture. I'll show you mine:

I hang my cam on a hanging basket of flowers.

i used to stack my webcam on alot of boxes, but when i realised the quality really sucked and the angle was bad i started using my digital cam and this tall stand. so far i've only used this once since i changed.

I film on my computer desk. There's a webcam that keeps changing it's location. Depends what tricks I do, then I find the best spot to capture the combo.

Edit: And I think that's a LOgictech one. I have the messanger webcam.

Only when I'm filming. The box is modular so I take it away when I'm not filming. :blaugh: But seriously, I do have enough space for the mouse. :thumb:


EDIT: Toast, if that's the case then you need more light in your room! Buy a lamp and get those energy saving flourescent bulbs. They are ftw.

Hmm, i have a chair with a chair on top of it, with a box on top of that chair... and top of that box, i place my webcamera. It usually stand behind my left choulder.

I usually just film in any place convenient, and I like to get some scenery in the background. Like when me and CaKe (who keeps appearing in my posts) were filming for Woozies Collab (which never worked out) we had the camera set up on a tripod in my back yard. The sun was shining and there were flowers n shit in view, and in the background were a buncha trees over a lake XD... Damn, that was some high-class spinning. Right up until the tripod tipped over and my step dad's camera smashed on the ground. It was funny too cuz he was so sketch about letting me use it, for the first bit he had to be there watching us film until I finally convinced him that I wasn't going to break it. "Don't you trust me to film responsibly?"... "BOOM!"

hey when i see pen spinning videos a lot of people have like a cloth on the table is that for a certain reason? i think they do it because bonkura kind of does it in his solo videos
