the slow mo makes clear that i just tap the fingers after each other!
tried it just now, couldn't get it quite as fast as you did, but it's fun.. I tried doing 44332211 but the pinkies don't create enough noise on my table..
Do you also do like weird combinations like 331122 or maybe even 312213, 322113. 322311 etc,, these are very hard continuously with slowing down too much,,
But noticed that it's very easy going very very fast if you do just one cycle :)

use a speed testing software, type letters such as asdf for LH and ';lk fir RH and measure your CPM (characters per minute)
if you use 3 fingers, i found that the most comfortable for me is WEF for the left hand, and KUH for the right hand, but thats just me, anyway i think it's gonna be hard going ultra fast on a keyboard because of the accuracy factor..
