My budget is from 30 to 60 dollars preferably as low as possible. I need a decent quality webcam for psing, can anybody recommend one? hopefully with an example of video shot from it

PS2 Eye toy. Its basically a Logitec cam.

My cam is so bad......i think my cam is not the best of cam of the world.....

But if you want bad picture and parasites , it's a cam for you :banana:
