whats a Shift? i found it in a combo from asian tims six month video.... the breakdown had he send to me?

Shift is something I made up. Most people say it's either a phenomena where you catch a trick going in one direction, then switch directions while the pen is within the same plane OR a 2-dimensional Charge (just a line). The reason I gave it a name is cause I was making a 2D combo and I didn't think Passes would describe what I was doing correctly.
