Title: First Fundamental Trick?

ShadowPen - July 31, 2007 05:15 PM (GMT)
I'm just asking 'cause I'm curious. It could help out people who are just starting, which trick would be best to start on  Also, wouldn't it just take you down memory lane with your pen? You know, see where you came from... If you don't know your past, how can you have a future?! Haha.

Edit: I know, my joke was lame :dunno:

ok.
first of all,
theres been 53434864 kinds of threads like this made before, but ill get past that,
thumbspin....= thumbaround in this case?

Webo Splash - July 31, 2007 05:20 PM (GMT)
Usually your first first trick is a fundamental. But if you wanna show off and learn a double infinity like Eriror then thats somehting different. TS for me.

Onyx-o7 - July 31, 2007 08:38 PM (GMT)
There's already a thread like this one like "What first trick did you learn" and it's in the same topic. Next time look if anyone made a topic like yours.

A Chargin' is meee.

ShadowPen - August 1, 2007 03:13 PM (GMT)
Yeah I know there's already one out there. But I wanted to make it a poll, to kinda see in percentages, that is if a lot of people actually take the poll...

CHARGE FTW!!! Wouldn't someone learn a thumb around before a thumbspin?????

ShadowPen - August 1, 2007 03:52 PM (GMT)
Crap, what'd I write? Well, I learned Thumbspin first anyways, because it wouldn't go around my thumb. So it spinned and I caught it. (That messed me up for a while) Thumbspin = Thumbaround, if that's the first trick you learned. I was being selfish and only thinking about me. Sorry! Haha.

Not me. It started in my tech class and my friend/soon to be mentor introduced pen spinning to me and showed me the TS before the TA. Im a unique baby spinner.

I started with the thumbaround, then finger pass, then thumbspin 3.0. To this day, I am still unable to consistently do a thumbspin 3.0 (I haven't been spinning that long). Tough trick.

CheeseLord - August 17, 2007 04:41 PM (GMT)
My first trick was a sonic. I learned it by watching someone at school. After that, I searched on the internet and found a tutorial for the charge.

k2thez - August 17, 2007 10:09 PM (GMT)
I learned the rev. fingerpass first. I was just doing something random and it turned out to be a trick.

Michael - August 17, 2007 10:17 PM (GMT)
triple infinty for me... first fundamental was a sonic

nateiskewl - August 18, 2007 02:37 AM (GMT)
I actually learned indexaround first, then TA, then Charge, etc...

So thumbaround is my answer.

awkwardO7Z - August 18, 2007 04:32 AM (GMT)
I saw my mom do ta, tried to do it and failed

Learned charge rev later by myself

eventually learned sonic.

(voted sonic)

SirPinguin - August 19, 2007 01:58 PM (GMT)
TS :D

minimazza - August 19, 2007 03:23 PM (GMT)
My first trick was a fingerpass but I thought it was just a pen trick, not penspinning.
How wrong I was xD

El Erizo - September 1, 2007 08:16 AM (GMT)
I've learned Fingerpass (without knowin' that I was doing 'pen spinning') with my bic, cause I was bored in Deutsch Lessons ;)

Jotacon - September 1, 2007 04:59 PM (GMT)
I learned the Fingerpass first. Won't let me vote in the poll though. Don't know why.

bryan01phil - September 2, 2007 09:14 AM (GMT)
the first trick i learned was the charge and then fingerpass and then TA and then sonic :vhappy: :spin:
