It appears to me that Mats knew that Strat didn't submit, otherwise he wouldn't have filmed that. I don't think that info should be available unless the person openly admits they didn't submit.

Mats has informed me via PM that he did not know and that he submitted the video hoping strat didn't submit. In my opinion, he still shouldn't get this win.

hmm why? if someone forfeits, you're entitled to victory as long as you dont forfeit as well. I agree the video is lame, but the rules are the rules.
Otherwise we're gonna have debates like "Well, I think this guy didn't put his 100% to make a good combo cuz he knew the opponent forfeited blah blah blah"

I gave in a video of this sort because I've been busy practicing tricks rather than a combo. I felt I may as well submit in case strat didn't (in view of the general low submission rates in PS), and got lucky, and that's that.
The video was a Pass Rev 12 - 23 , but putfile cut it short. :lol:
