I made this mod because I have TONS of Bic Rounds Stics and I was bored. This mod is called the Bic Aviaire because it looks like, sounds like, and rhymes with Grip Aviaire. So here's how to make it:

You'll need:

2 8cm long round stic barrels with plugs taken out
2 1cm long tops of round stic caps
2 round stic inktubes w/ front part

3 Pilot G2 grips (one with only striped part)
Not in picture: tape

1. Tape the ends of the 2 round stic barrels.


2. Stick the inktubes into the side of the pens where the tape is.


3. Connect the two barrels, then tape.


4. Put the smaller G2 grip over the middle of the pen.


5. Push the tops of the round stic caps into the remaining G2 grips.


6. Put the G2 grips on the ends of the round stic barrels.


Congrats! You made your Bic Aviaire! Here's some facts about it.

Length: 20.5 cm
COP: dead center
Momentum: similar to RSVP MX

Pros:
All pens available in the USA
Easy to mod
Can write
Perfect balance

Cons:
Requires 5 pens
No inserts

looks kinda flimsy at the joint though...i personally don't want 1cm of grip and 2 inktubes holding my pen together

Uhh, there's tape there too. It's very stable in the middle, trust me.

Yeah that middle G-2 part is pretty ugly too. Use an RSVP grip or an HGG grip.

I dont really see the point in this mod. You could just as easily make a normal grip aviaire or semi-extended bictorywith the g2 grips on it

I made it as a Grip Aviaire sub. Some People cannot get flexgrips to make them, and round stics are uber cheap.

Yup, cuz when you get angry you can throw it and it flies really well.

I think the G2 grip in the middle is annoying, you should use slickpen grip, like the grip aviaire!

or try a bic matic grip, that will fit the barrel perfectly and is very flat. they are very easy to get

I have a few of those, I'll try it.

i made these awhile back never released a tutorial. but if you want a more stable joint. all you have to do is take a BicGrip front part, where you would normally push it onto the body. right before the grip just cut and then connect the two barrels, it makes for a very stable joint.
