Welcome, to Haggle, the game of trading who knows what!

Here’s how the game works for those who don’t know: (I suggest reading even if you are familiar with the idea.)

Each player receives a certain number of tokens to start the game as well as a partial set of rules. The tokens in this round will be represented by the board’s emotes. The next round I run will be PS themed, but I didn’t want to make it any more complicated than necessary for this round. The rules will explain partially how valuable each emote is. However, one will not know the exact value until all the rules are revealed at the end.

Now in order to gain the upper hand, and the highest total value of all the emotes, players can trade. There are three types of trades, as shown below:

Token Trade: Players exchange emotes that they think will help them get a higher score.

Rule Slip Trade: If a rule slip is included in a trade then the owner of that slip loses control of it and can not trade it again. The person who gains it will get a truthful description from the moderator by PM, as well as the right to trade it.

Rule Knowledge Trade: You explain a rule to another player without the slip trading hands. Players can lie in such trades, however are required to tell something, true or false, if they make such a trade. They retain control of the rules slip and may trade it at a later time. Players may also trade knowledge of rules that they do not control the slips for. Trust these trades at your own risk. If such a trade is agreed upon, PM the moderator your description of the rule, and it will be forwarded for you. Direct PMing is strictly prohibited.

You may, of course, mix and match the trade types as you see fit.

When trading, I ask that you please BOLD and confirmed trades. Both parties must post their confirmation, and it is done so as follows. Once they agree on a trade, one player puts the trade in bold. The other player must then quote that and respond by saying confirmed (also in bold). If this format is not followed I will not make the trade official. This is to ensure no arguments or mistakes in trading.

Trading will last 1 week. If trading is still going strong at the end of that week, then a possible extension, up to a second week may be granted. After the trading process, players must turn in whatever emotes they wish to the moderator. You do not have to turn in all your tokens. This should be done by PM.

Also, no communication/deals outside of this thread are allowed. All trades must be public knowledge. If you break this rule you will be subject to removal from the game.

Likewise, please no outside intervention, or posting here if you are not in the game.

Something I forgot about. There are two public rules about the game:

1. The base value for emotes is 1. The numbers in rules modify that number.

2. When calculating value it is done in inverse order of operations. IE, addition/subtraction, then multiplication/division.

I'll trade knowledge of slip 1 for knowledge of something that you have.
