I've practically mastered tw.sonic bust but that pinkyaround confuses me

No, it's twisted sonic 23-12 -> indexpinkybackaround reverse. It's often done as indexpinkybak 2.5, i think... try doing it with the additional spins to give it time to traverse your hand.

Try to mastered pinky bak reverse. After twisted sonic try to make more powerfull push for bust to make pen spin on back size of your hand. Catch is the most hard thing in this trick. U must move your hand a little to catch pen. This is very hard trick for me. It's need a lot of practice.
