Yes, you act last. The order for this hand (pre flop) is Flip>Eriror>HuroniX>Eburt>Zombo>Kasra. After the flop we start with Zombo unless he folds, in which case it goes to Kasra, etc. Whoever ends up left of the dealer that is still in the hand.

Please refrain from editing your post, just post again. I assume you are saying you want to put in 21, which technically is not allowed due to a 10 chip minimum raise/bet but I guess if other's don't mind then it's fine.
