I'm sorry but that's not the basketball spin... in fact it spins in the opposite direction

that's more like an index spin multiple zombo version but without the proper catch.

Is it called “index spin multiple zombo version ”? :help:

Zombo - August 25, 2007 05:42 PM (GMT)
the push and spin is the same, but for a real index spin you need a catch around the index.

here he just stops the spin and catch with the hand.

Thank you ,zombo。 I will tell to Aces.H himself,he always takes what he spin as basketballspin.

ShoeMan - August 25, 2007 10:52 PM (GMT)
who cares it looks awesome!!

edit: btw zombo about the catch thats not entirely true, he shows several different catches, the 12 catch is probably the best imo..

Isn't that just corkscrew? =_____=

Zombo - August 26, 2007 01:00 AM (GMT)
corckscrew uses the thumb for the tap and doesnt spin that long...

Asian Tim - August 26, 2007 01:04 AM (GMT)

scissor spin spins on the "O" created but T1, like in faked reverse. Plus this also has a lot of hand motion in the push...

uh, what tap?

and corkscrews can spin as long as you want them too lol, just like any other trick...

Zombo - August 26, 2007 03:17 AM (GMT)
corckscrew is a twisted sonic ~ half tap.

there's no half tap here.

awkwardO7Z - August 26, 2007 04:23 AM (GMT)
Thats awesome man!

And i'm glad he is filming spins without a pen with a god dam grip in the middle. i have always considered those kinds of mods cheating when it came to spins.

It seems more like a cross between a normal index spin, and Zombo's index spin, Zombo's spins on the front and the normal spins on the back. That one spins on the side, but as Zombo said the catch is different. It's meant to do the same as an indexaround, except it spins in one spot on one part of the index before continuing around the index for the catch.

@Zombo I've been experimenting with indexspin spin transfer lately (I haven't been doing to badly either), for an indexspin x 12 ~ indexspin x 23. Does the pen go around the back of 23 for the catch or is the catch in 12. (sorry for the bad notation, I dont' count how many spins so I just put in x).

both are acceptable,

the other way to do index spin multiple is tohlz's variation, where the pen spins on the side of the finger.
