Crzyazn - August 25, 2007 09:49 PM (GMT)
I think im behind the times, but I believe that the Razzle Dazzle has come back

It is being sold under the name RSVP Colors at my local staples

platypusvictim9 - August 25, 2007 09:52 PM (GMT)
Wait, when did it die?

Wait, when did it die?

My words exactly.

Crzyazn - August 25, 2007 10:06 PM (GMT)
a while ago pentel announced RzDz and moonz were to be discontinued...

but that was A WHILE AGO

k2thez - August 25, 2007 10:27 PM (GMT)
Sfsr and strat said that pentel would be discontinuing all other RSVP types and just keep the 5 basic RSVP colors.

Penwish - August 25, 2007 11:07 PM (GMT)
Pentel will have other styles besides their main 5 colors. Just spoke with pentel yesterday. rzlz and stuff like that will not be going out of production

Crzyazn - August 26, 2007 12:18 AM (GMT)
the bastards!

probably just trying to increase sales <_<

K4S - August 26, 2007 03:28 AM (GMT)
No, more like they were actually going to discontinue it and pen spinners from around the world boosted their sales by 800% trying to stock up and therefore they are continuing to produce them ^_^

TayYH89 - August 26, 2007 03:41 AM (GMT)
And HGGs? Aren't they out of production in America too?

Crzyazn - August 26, 2007 04:13 AM (GMT)
The HGG was always rare in America...

they've been out of production for quite a while

They're common in Europe though right?

K4S - August 26, 2007 04:26 AM (GMT)
HGG are to Europe are as RSVP are to Canada/USA...maybe pentel was trying to promote pen trading

what do you mean with "other styles"? something like cubix?
and is it true that they won't produce all colors anymore?

k2thez - August 26, 2007 04:42 PM (GMT)
Yeah, other styles meaning Moonz, cubix, and RzDz. Penwish just said that they're not going to discontinue them. So they will still be sold in stores.

Eso - August 26, 2007 05:40 PM (GMT)
Well, I bought some RzDZ recently and they're not the regular RzDz. You see, before, the backcaps and the grips were all black. But the new ones have coloured backcaps and grips. So this means, it's easier to get orange, sky blue, and other colors. Before you had to get Sunburst to get these colors. Well, you still need Sunburst to get yellow. <_<

Just FYI.

k2thez - August 26, 2007 07:08 PM (GMT)
New rzdz? Can you post a pic Eso? I looked it up on google but I don't think they updated it yet.

nateiskewl - August 26, 2007 10:28 PM (GMT)
I got some of those when I first started spinning. They're all one color like Eso said. My digital camera isn't working, so I'll take pics with my camcorder...

EDIT:

Staples, but it was a few months ago...

Literate - August 27, 2007 02:51 AM (GMT)
Lucky Europeans and Australians.

My local Target only has RSVP Black and Sunburst. <_<

Crzyazn - August 28, 2007 01:06 AM (GMT)
Staples is the source for these ub3r RzDz

Sold under the name RSVP Color

I can get an 8pack with all the colors B)

AlmightyMalachi - August 30, 2007 01:20 AM (GMT)
not bad. my college bookstore already sells Moonz, RSVP fine pink/skyblue/red and i can get sunbursts at K-mart and Cubix at Pamida. So i'm doing great lol. Walmart has RZDL's. So im at no shortage of RSVP's.

Cybrax2 - August 30, 2007 01:25 AM (GMT)
Speaking of RSVP

they give free RSVP(regular colored packs). They give rebates though.

*edit*

at staples. forgot to include the store lol

Jotacon - September 3, 2007 04:33 AM (GMT)
Well, I bought 2 packs of Razzle Dazzles at Wal-Mart that are actually Razzle Dazzles, not Colors. They have the black grip and black back cap.

RedvsBlue5463 - September 27, 2007 02:06 AM (GMT)
yeah my local walmart has the normal razzle dazzles with the black grip and back, not this Colors kind

ALSO

i just went to Kmart and they have normal sunbursts. but they cost almost three times as much as sunburst metallics!

sunburst metallic 5-pack-$2.34
sunburst 5-pack-$6.19
