Title: Hand Pains

ok so i normally wouldn't type like this, but im only using 1 hand
a few minutes ago, i was sitting, watching alien 2 and there was a quick pain in my hand, i found out that my hand hurt when i bend my pinky alot. im afraid to spin right now
now i can seem to bend my fingers fine, but should i take any precautionary measures?

Nah, you'll be fine. This happens to me all the time. Just give your hand a day or two of rest, and it should be better. If the problem persists consider seeing a doctor... though the explanation might be a little wierd...

Make sure you warm up before PS sessions,, just, start off with lightly moving your fingers.. then go to some handhealth.com exercises but never do anything stressful or straining.. about resting a couple of days, thats good advice, but I probably couldn't do it myself.. just try keeping me away from abusing my hands!

Yeah, I've noticed that doing tricks that uses fingers 13 such as a sonic clip hurts my finger. I'm afraid to sonic clip now. :]

Pay attention to your posture when you use the computer. The vast majority of hand/wrist problems these days are caused by poor ergonomics.
Lay off it, if it gets worse seek help.

Rest, and do not' overpractice your pinky and ring finger. I had the same pains when I was learning ringaround.
