Dr. Grip shaker specifically, its only available in Japan. It has a longer grip than the US Dr. Grip and has no clip.

I don't get it though wouldn't that noise from the shaker get annoying? And you have to spin it leadless <_<

You can just take out the shaker meachanism and yea there is a possibility of lead breaking when you drop it.

I would recommend just a plain old rsvp with the cap on the back.
It's what i started with back in high school....
