Title: Light mod power source?

KosiarZ - April 16, 2006 05:10 PM (GMT)
Hello

Well, I have been planning to make a light mod for myself recently, and I've seen several on this board. I have a question to you the creators: What power source do you use? What kind of batteries?
And what LED's? 6V?

I think LR44 batteries can work.

That's what I have been thinking about, but the problem is that they are 1.5V each. Would need to fit 4 of those for a 6V LED. Or are there LEDs for lower voltages ?

there are LED's with lower voltages.
i used LR41 batteries: 2 of them and it works fine
im not sure what voltage my batteries are because i threw the box away.
