Hey everyone, my name is Jason. I chose the username CursedReverse, because I feel it reflects how I always get annoyed with mastering moves in reverse (back-around, reverse sonic, reverse inverse sonic, reverse charge, reverse fingerpass, etc..)
I've been pen spinning for about four years now. I first learned the thumb-a-round as a freshman back in High school from my aspire(study hall) teacher. He took me aside one day and said, 'Jason, since you never do any HW why don't you try this on for size? *thumb-a-round*' From there I was like, pff I can do THAT. something like, 113drops later I got it! I been expanding my repertoire of moves ever since...
Here's a list of all the moves I can do, well (all with my right hand):
*note* I'm assuming y'all are familiar with the number system, it's what I learned when I was first reading about new tricks, quickly to review:
1-pinky 2-ring finger 3-middle finger 4-fore finger (5)-thumb
thumb-around
two-finger thumb-around (4 & thumb)
fingerless thumb-around
back-around
thumb-around|back-around harmonic
infinity loop (only with my thumb, fore and middle fingers)
sonic (12-23 & 23-34)
reverse sonic (34-23)
sonic|reverse-sonic (23-34-34-23) harmonic
540 inverse sonic (23-34 at least I think that's what it's called..)
Charge (12, 23, & 34) --I do this one a LOT
Reverse Charge (23 & 34)
fore-around (a move I made up after I learned the thumb-around, it's similar in motion except the pen spins along my forefinger instead of my thumb and I catch it w/ my middle finger)
reverse sonic (12-12) -- weird huh? It's like my fore-around except in reverse, using the reverse-sonic like motion I get the pen to travel clockwise around the outside of my fore finger and catch it again back inside my middle & fore-finger. I'm not sure if there's another name for this move..
finger-pass (though it's not quite as fast as I'd like it!)

extended thumb-around -I've gotten this about 12times now, many drops though!
reverse sonic (23-12)
sonic|reverse-sonic (34-23-12-23-34) harmonic -- I can do it already but it's pretty choppy compared to just my 34-23-23-34 harmonic.
inverse sonic|reverse inverse sonic (34-23-12-23-34) harmonic -- I can do this somewhat however it's very choppy and when it gets down to the 23-12 12-23 passes it usually halts/stops
Reverse finger-pass - 23-12-12-23 passes are annoying :-(
Reverse Charge (12)
Once I master most of these moves I plan on learning the Shadow. Not quite sure what it is but it sounds cool so therefore it must look cool as well :P
