if i want to mail a pen how do i need to do it with and regular envelope or in some kind of package? I live in the US. Do i need to go to the postal office to do this?

I sent a few pens in a regular envelope before. I also used the brown envelopes with bubblewrap inside. Both situations were for in-country mail. The envelope package just went in the mailbox at home since it was light-weight. The larger packages I took to a post office, printed out self-service postage and sent from there.

Before that, I would take my packages to a UPS store and have someone there package and make sure everything was in order before shipping out internationally.

I want to trade with someone in Germany.
