I've started spinning pens at the start of this school year, so in september and it's been 2 1/2 months since i've been spinning. Actually, about two years ago, i learned how to do the normal thumb around, but i don't consider that part of my pen spinning "career" since I had not taken pen spinning as a real hobby at that point and did not even know that other tricks other than that existed.

Yes, I'm asian as the title suggests, and unfortunately I'm having a hard time learning new tricks unlike my non-Asian friend who is learning tricks after tricks. So I hope to learn a lot from you guys and hopefully I can assist in teaching newcomers as I get better (if i can get better at teaching too...yeah, i fail at life).

Now now, lets turn that attitude upside down! You gotta be happy when you spin!

You just gotta keep your attitude up, dont be put down by seeing your friend learn it quickly
Give it some time, it took me about 3-4 months just to figure out how to do charge reverse
Just try it yourself and try asking anyone who knows how near you
Never think that you cant do it, otherwise you might not be able to
