Ok, so...

While not new to using a forum, and am somewhat new at pen spinning.
I say somewhat because I've always been able to do a few things, but nothing spectacular like I see in many of your videos. I think a major reason for this is my lack of knowledge on the subject, and lack of a good pen to actually spin. I browsed around the forums a little prior to registering, trying to see where I might be able to acquire one, or something along those lines, but I still think I'll need direct advice.

Currently I am in Yokosuka, Japan. Originally from New York, I'm here because for some reason I signed this paper, admitting me into the U.S. Armed Forces, and this is where they put me.

If anyone has the time or patience, I'd like to talk on AIM or some sort of IM service for the convenience of a quick response. My screen name just about everywhere is the same as mine here.

The inactivity on this board is astounding, I remember back in the day, when there were more then 4 people on this board at one time.

That is the successor to this board and has bucketfuls of active people. There are some Japanese people on UPSB (who speak very good english if you don't speak Japanese) so you're better off asking them then me.
