Title: Where to watch the July 18 Canada match

Rudi - July 11, 2009 01:37 AM (GMT)
Ok, so Canada is officially playing in a Gold Cup quarterfinal at 5pm in Philadelphia.

The TFC game starts at 1 and will be over at around 3pm. For those planning on watching the Canada game afterward, what is your preference? We cannot stay at the Dufferin Gate to watch the game because of the live band that plays there every Saturday at 6 for the septuagenarian crowd.

I will use the results of the poll to choose the "official" spot for the group.

I know where I'll be.

We were talking about this tonight and I am leaning towards The Football Factory but will likely head to the Duke if that's the way things are leaning.

I just put a vote in for TFF - It's a bit closer...

Also (blasphemy alert) Shoeless wouldn't be the worst idea as it's really close. Besides I've never been there on a game day :ph43r:

You know the Duke is going to win this poll, and I don’t have an issue with it, but, man, it’s all the way downtown. That’s a long way to go when there is beer closer. Just sayin’

You've been there on at least two (TFC) game days and you know it.

I've been more than twice - and it always ends up getting me into trouble.
