Ranch House
This is where Teeders lives. Five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two stories high. Large backyard with swimming pool, and soon hot tub. Ground floor consists of living room, dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen and den. Second floor consists of the five bedrooms which one is Teeders, two have been converted into a large game room complete with billiard table, darts board, air hockey and viewing area for televised games, cartoons or horse events.

Brickyard Equistrian Center
30 stalls. 2 hot walkers. 1 swimming area. Two story. one pasture. 1 Arena
As you look at the square building it's hard to believe that this is actually a barn. Opening the large wooden doors you enter seeing first a large aisle with stalls on both sides, with fifteen on each side. To the right of you, there is a door that reads "Tack". To the left of you is a large panel of switches, each stall is marked by a number and a letter for which side it is on. Off more to the left is a staircase which obviously takes you upstairs to the offices. Looking into one of the stalls you are happy to find it completely lined with wood rather than brick. Each stall seems to be able to hold two horses or one rather large draft breed if needed. Walking down the aisle you find a doorless opening the wood above the frame reads "Pasture" to your left, outside you see a white fenced in area. Looking out more you find the two hotwalkers next to the pasture. To the right is yet another doorless frame reading "Swimming" above it. Inside you find everything needed to build muscle tone up for any side of horse.

Uchipe Riding Center
Stretched out before you lies a small riding school. For all ages this area has been needed for quite some time and has finally became a reality. Here students can pick their horses from the list of lesson horses, though we would like each student to pick a different horse for each lesson so they get use to riding a different horse. We advise only choosing those that fit your level of riding. Obviously if you're new you don't want to pick a horse that is stubborn, skittish and a bucking problem. Though rest assured all horses aren't not that bad for any level of riding. Payment can be made by money or by helping out at the stable with the horses

Animal Shelter
If you're a dog or a cat you can come here to be picked up and found a new home or run as a stray around the town or ranch though animal control may come and pick you up.

Clover Park
Walking into the park you see a series of concrete paths going in each direction as it took you through a different area of the park than another trail. In the middle is a large pond that occassionally is home to ducks. Some parts are marked off for swimming in the summer since the water is perfectly fine.

Cross Country Area
As you pull in you see a vast amount of jumps that span across the beautiful Uchipe country side. Here you can train your horse for cross country. Jumps range from two feet to three foot nine inches. Jumps with a star with their number are for the more advanced riders and horses. Ride in any order that you wish, though please ride the course forward not backwards. If you want to just work on getting the jump right there is a small open area with some basic jumps. By open we mean there is no fence, it is off to the far side though to prevent accidents. Water jumps can be found near the end of the course. Course itself is little over a mile long with its own twists and turns.
