Well, it's almost been a year since we all learned about Greg Vaughan's friend's nephew, Caleb Parsons. For those of you that don't know, Caleb Parsons is a beautiful 2 year old who was diagnosed with brain cancer last June.

Caleb's Story:

Little Caleb Parsons was born on 11/25/2005, the third child of Mark and Maria Parsons. Caleb has a big brother Mark Jr., thirteen, and a big sister Victoria, ten. Caleb’s Dad is a pastor at Family Harvest ministries in Robertsdale, Alabama, where his Mom Maria teaches kindergarten. Just a few weeks ago, Caleb was the typical toddler, into everything and following right behind his brother and sister with a quick grin and sparkling brown eyes. Then in mid-June, Maria noticed unusual movements in his facial muscles and wisely sought medical attention. The next few days were a blur of tests and scans, then emergency surgery to remove a brain tumor. Prayers from all over the country were asking that it be benign and he would be back home good as new, but God has other plans. For those of you in medicine, it's a PNET. For those of us not so learned, it's just not good. The future holds chemo, radiation, and lots and lots of dependence on God almighty.


I was so touched by the story and have did my best to keep up on the happenings (many ups & downs)of the family. During this difficult time, they have been such an inspiration to me. Funny how life works that way sometimes.

So, I was thinking of ways to lift them up during this time and I thought that it would be cool to create an Inspirational Scrapbook that we could give to Greg in July to give to the family.

If you are interested, please write a message to the family and you can include a picture of you & Greg or any other picture you would like to share.

I'd like to include any inspirational stories you might have, scriptures, and just any encouraging words that you might have for the family.

Let's show them that they have support all around this world and it all started with a guy that we love and respect, Greg!
