to know more about your character.
a lot of different types of things come here, most of which are optional to fill out. this forum is, in fact, the enrollments' forum. it's so people can know more about your character you can know more about other people's characters. does that make any sense? it should.

everyone's favourite place: plotting pages! here, you post a page to determine the relationships amongst characters. this is so things don't get confusing - it is also a way to allow the characters to express their feelings towards another character. go ahead and be mean: that's the point.

due to the fact that computers are only found in the computer room, these teenagers have once again resorted back to note-passing. that is, when they're in the same class. when they're not? text messages. it is also commonly found amongst the night class students, despite them being supposedly much more mature and sophisticated. mm, perhaps the other students are influencing them too much. it's called peer pressure.

today was a rainy day. how moody.
one of the most used devices nowadays happen to be journals, online or not. the most commonly used online journal is livejournal, an easy-to-use weblog. but because of the lack of computers on the school campus, people now write in diaries instead. while you may choose to hide it and keep it private, some may also allow others to read it.

it's all just snapshots of memories.
scrapbooks are used as a sort of memory-bearer, enabling people to store photos and captions in it. many of the day class girls own one, as it is somewhat of a trend at cross academy.

out on the grounds.
just like any other prestigious private schools out there, a large area of field could be seen. outside of the buildings are the grounds, known for the daily routine of night and day class switch. yep - this is the exact spot where the girls swoon over the night class students, otherwise known as the vampires. along with the crossing path, there's a beautiful garden and a huge lake. definitely too big of a space for such a small school.

the entrance hall.
this is the hall where all the students must pass in order to get to the main building. it is somewhat of a foyer, with a large screen showing daily news of the day. there are also small tables and large armchairs accompanying the first-class, nameless cafe that everyone loves.

first floor: the dining hall.
consisting of the entire first floor is the dining hall, which is obviously where the students eat. the day class and night class students never cross paths here, though, because they only dine here when it's their studying hours. in other words, the day class students only have lunch here, whereas the night class students only have dinner here.

second floor: the auditorium.
it is rare that this floor is ever used, as assemblies are hardly held with all the students. when this place is used, it is mostly for various events. sometimes for serious matter, created by the school council. sometimes for entertainment matter, created by students during times like halloween, and christmas. that's when it's at its best use.

third floor: the library.
while it seems that such a large library is unneeded, many of the students appreciate the school's library. it is filled with both resources and fiction books. this library is known, in this town, to be the most resourceful library around. of course, it is kept private for the students, but news would still get out to the general public, correct?

fourth floor: the sports facilities.
although sports is an optional subject here, the entire fifth floor is dedicated sports. there's one large court that could be converted into various types of courts, and next door to that is the swimming pool. it is quite a large place, it i must say so myself.

finally, the many classrooms of cross academy. it is where all the classes are held, of course, including all the lectures. there are also a few empty classrooms that the students sneak into to skip class. which is the whole point why those rooms are there, i guess.

the rooftop.
no matter the time of the day, it always seems that there's a light breeze blowing over the roof of the main building. despite this, students often come here for fresh air and some alone time with their special someone.

night class dormitory.
really, this building is more like a mansion. on the inside, anyway. unlike the day class dormitories, all the night class students are together in this building, both male and female. all due to the trust that the headmaster put in them. so much for them being vampires, eh?

this is where all the guys sleep. please, cue the girls' swooning now. in here, they must be in rooms with at least one other roommate. this is where they spend most of the time, as school rules state that they're not allowed to leave the school grounds without permission from the headmaster himself.

is it really a good idea to put so much girls in one place? of course, they don't have to be in the same place all at once, as the requirement is only to share the room with one other girl. but still. unlike the guys, the girls mostly spent time trying to sneak out for a peek at the night class students.

hope general store.
seriously, it's the biggest one around. known for renee's amazing pizze, the hope general store is very much like walmart, except for the too-famous name. everyone that lives in hope shops here, including the cross academy. while you're not really allowed to leave school grounds, you can easily get permission from the way-too-soft headmaster.

rosaline's bakery.
yum - can you smell that? that's the smell of rosaline's bakery. it is, honestly, an amazing place. the various types of cakes and breads can truly drop your jaw. despite being a bakery, there is one other thing that is famous at rosaline's: the coffee. the first time you taste its rich taste will be your immediate hook onto it; trust me.

maine books and music.
while it ain't as great as hmv, this store is actually quite well-known throughout the state of maine. it is often up to date, contrary to popular belief that hmv is still better. in fact, it's as good as hmv. so don't complain all that much. because, well, there's no hmv in hope.

heartbreak.
the only dance club around, it is a hotspot for the many teenagers of the town of hope. they have good music and good drinks - no wonder everyone is attracted to it. even shy kids want to have a peek at this bright-looking place. they often renovate, so it's never the same. half the time, they reconstruct according to themes; it's quite brilliant.

so much for it being a fast food place. even the length of the name is too long to remember. too bad it's the only fast food place around. well, well. the place isn't all that bad, but the food is quite - well, revolting. so, there's all you need to know about this place.

the local cinema.
in truth, this place was actually a theatre, turned into a cinema for the younger residence of hope. the stage has been long destroyed, replaced by a large screen too modern for the rest of the cinema. the plush interior of the theatre makes the place seem like it is in a permanent scene of a opera house, which is actually quite nice and comfy.

perfect three hundred, the alley.
you can say that this is the only source of entertainment at hope, excluding the cinema. the bowling alley is empty most of the time, but when it is filled, everyone plays against everyone. it's lively when most of the lanes are filled, so this is quite a nice place to be at on a saturday night.
