ITS OKAY TO BE MYSTERIOUS BUT NOT AMORPHIC

Born and raised in Seattle, Alex had a very normal childhood. The only child of two doctors it was assumed that she would also become a doctor. When she decided to enroll at Washington State University with a major in Pre-Law, her parents were not too happy, and while they helped her get through college they remained distant.

Once Alex made it through college and law school, she became a criminal lawyer. That was the final blow for her parents; they refused to talk to her anymore. After working a particularly bad murder/drug case, she decided that getting criminals off was not what she wanted to do. She would rather put them behind bars to rot. When she moved to St. Charles, she went to work for the district attorney’s office as a state prosecutor.

Soon after taking the job in St. Charles, both of her parents died before they could reconcile. That was very hard for Alex and made her decision to put criminals behind bars all the more strong, believing that her job as a criminal lawyer is what killed her parents.
