convergence the novelization

Dajhail - January 19, 2008 06:36 AM (GMT)
I can't be sure, but I think he meant real books that actually exist. Otherwise I'd say Convergence too.

I think it's probably the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series still. The books haven't got a great plot, but Douglas Adams had a real skill at coming up with any kind of bullshit, and making it funny and somehow make logical sense.

Though it would have been nice if the last book hadn't taken a sharp turn into being relentlessly depressing.

I think Cat's Cradle is my favorite book. Or at least, way up there.

it's pretty cliche but 1984 is probably my alltime favorite.

Right now I'm reading "A Confederacy of Dunces" and it's pretty fucking good, you should try it

The kid side of me loves the "His Dark Materials" Trilogy by Philip Pullman to death.

The adult side of me loves "The Ashes of Angels" by Andrew Collins a whole ton.
