Somehow I think you'll be getting more Castlevania, Final Fantasy, and MGS games :)
What I want to play though, is Metal Gear Liquid. Set before MGS1, you play as a badass SAS member who ends up becoming the leader of Foxhound, learning about the Les Enfants Terrible project, Big Boss, and the Patriots over the course of the game. Which leads to the last level where you take over Shadow Moses island. it'll mostly be solo sneaking levels, in places like the Middle East and Alaska, but occasionally you get to team up with Foxhound members like Vulcan Raven and Sniper Wolf, or take out jet fighters with a helicopter.
I think it could work.

Populous was a really good game I really wish they had expanded the series over the last decade.
Old fashioned Broken Sword. Not this new box puzzle game. I loved those games but it there is hardly anything in the market like it now.

Yeah, it seems that the adventure games you get these days are all either lifeless and sterile, or Sam and Max episodes. Poor genre :(
