Finally, a thread about the famous Arnold Schwarzenegger Christmas classic Jingle All the Way (and Christmas movies in general.)

Personally, watching the movie made me feel like I was a guy in a crappy looking green suit getting punched in the groin by a child actor. It was really painful, and I kinda felt embarrassed for everyone involved. But then I haven't got a great opinion on Christmas movies in general. To me the only good Christmas films are the ones about John MacClane killing terrorists in a skyscraper (now I have a machine gun, ho ho ho), or gremlins terrorising a small town.* There are very few Christmas movies I can think of that aren't obviously kids' movies or don't disappear into sickly sweet sentimentality by the end.
Are there any Christmas movies you think would actually win me over and bring joy to my cold heart, or maybe guilty Christmas pleasures you know are crap but you like them anyway?
Also does anyone seriously enjoy Jingle All the Way. For real?
* Though to be honest I did like Scrooged.
