Just refresh until you see an imvu ad, it'll be there.
I had IMVU for a while years ago, then I realised it was kinda stupid. Nowadays its completely marketed by "Hey look, 3D girls. join now."
I was wondering that too. The ads say 'world's greatest 3d chat', but I'm not sure what 3d chat is, or how it's any better than 2d chat.
