Title: Pirates Of The Caribbean

Elizabeth

Elizabeth and Will were set to be married today in just a few precious hours. She couldn't wait. They had waited a full year after the whole pirate episode to get married. Her father was in a contrary with the milary, letting his daughter marry a known pirate but... He had saved them and she was in love with him and at least her father wanted her to be happy.

Gail
The Streets; TAG: Anyone.

The streets were alive with the usual hustle and bustle of the market, however, the general morale seemed far merrier than usual--the Swann girl was to be married today and most of the town was to have some hand in it, whether it be attending or sending a gift.

Gail prowled the streets as she usually did during the daylight hours, walking among society without her entourage of rogue wenches. Though, her intimidating nature was still quite apparent. Hardly anyone would meet her gaze on the streets, other than pirates that was, they never hesitated to ask about the price of her services. Scoundrels. It was obvious, even when Gail had dressed herself up to walk amidst society, that she was a whore. A cream colored dress hugged her chest and stomach sloping dangerously off her shoulders, flowing out at the waist in an understated gown of silky fabric--a dark corset synched tightly just under her breasts.

She combed a lock of her dark brown hair back behind her ear as she approached a small jewelry stand, the owner turning away from Gail. It was universally known that what Gail wanted, she took in the market. It was safer not to object. She eyed a few necklaces and rings, picking up a few and giving them a closer look. She turned her head back, making sure no soldiers were watching--they had no objections about arresting her. The coast was clear, and Gail daintily dropped a few necklaces down into her cleavage. She smirked, turning back around and strolling off from the stand. She probably wouldn't wear the pieces she took, but it was nice to have pretty things when you had such an unglamorous lifestyle.

William

It's our wedding day. I'm so nervous. I've been waiting so long to marry this girl. I love her so much. He thought to himself as he paced the room about a million times. I just need to calm down. You love her. You shouldn't be nervous. She's going to be your wife! He stood there and took a deep breath. "What if I mess it up?" He raised his voice and began to pace again. He stopped and said, "This is silly." He sat down and started to shake his leg. He stopped it with his hand and let it go. It started to shake again. He stood up and paced yet again. "What am I going to do?"

OOC: NPCing Gillette, hope no one minds.

IC:

Letting out a sigh, Norrington placed his tri-corn hat on his head and looked in the mirror. He was in charge of security for Elizabeth and Turner's wedding, something he took very serioudly, but wished that Gilette had been assigned to the task. He didn't know how he could bear to stand there and watch Elizabeth marry another man. But he cared for her, and her happiness, and if marrying Turner would make her happy, it would make Norrington as happy as he could be as well. Norrington left his quarters and went to his office, where Gillette awaited.

"The harbormaster has orders to report every ship and their crew members to me via messenger, correct?" Norrington asked Gillette.

"Yes sir." Gillette replied.

"Good. And there are soldiers at each entrance of where the wedding is to be held?"

"Yes sir."

"Good." Norrington sighed again. "Well, Lieutenant, let's get over there and keep an eye on things."

Captain Jo
The Blackheart

OOC: If our Twigg wishes to be on board the ship here feel free!

BIC: The rays of sunlight shone into a cabin below deck whose only other light were the candles lit in it. In a throne-like chair sat a figure with it's attention focused on a cage hanging from the ceiling with a bird in it. All was silent except for the beautiful singing that escaped from the nightengale within the cage. The nightengale was considered one of the figure's most treasured possessions and then entire crew knew that. And it was for this reason that no one else had dare touch it or face the consequences.

The door to the cabin opened and another figure stepped inside and bowed reverently. "Capn' Blackheart? Forgive me for disturbing you but..."

"How many times have I told you that it is CAPTAIN not Capn' Frederick? Are you to learn nothing from me?"

Frederick cleared his throat. "Forgive me, Captain for I did forget."

"What news?"

"We are approaching Port Royal and it appears that a fog has chosen to appear."

"How fortunate for us." The figure leaned forward into the light to reveal a woman with long red hair. "Make sure that Samuel prepares the men."

"But...will not the fog cause us to...."

"The fog shall be beneficial for us in two ways dear Frederick." Captain Blackheart replied. "It shall allow some of us to sneak onto the land whereas the rest of us can appear to be simply lost from a ship that has sank. You do not truly believe that we intent to just go into Port Royal with cannons roaring and with bloodthirsty cries do you? I know perfectly well that Commodore Norrington shall be standing guard with his men and not like some of these other...pathetic villages that we have come upon in the past. Oh no my dear Frederick this is the gem of all attacks, you see and has the greatest treasure of all....the enemies of Barbossa. Once I learned who was responsible for Barbossa's death, I knew I had to seek revenge. And once he awakes from his slumber.....I shall bring to him the most valuable thing of all." She gave an evil smile. "Now, go tell Samuel to assemble the men. I shall be up in a moment."

"Yes, Captain Blackheart." Frederick replied before bowing again and then exiting the cabin.

Captain Blackheart rose from her seat and walked over to the nightengale's cage. "Soon Hector." She replied as she ran her fingers over the cage. "Soon you shall awaken from your death's sleep. And once you regain your strength you will kill those who took your life. And then...together we shall rule the seas together!"

Katty_storm - March 7, 2006 09:06 PM (GMT)
OOC: Sure Twigg would love to be on board

IC: Twigg stood on the deck of the ship he had paused in his work to look out at the fog that had started to come in. He knew that fog had its uses when on was on a mission that could easly turn to a bloody battle. Twigg had been on board the BlackHeart ever since he excaped Norrington's men. Twigg used his hand to pop out his wooden eye and wipe it on his pants before poping it back into place. It seemed to stick more and more offten now but that was the price one had to pay.

Dana - March 8, 2006 05:58 AM (GMT)
OOC: Npcing Pintel and Regetti here so Twigg can have a little interaction! :P

Pintel and Regetti
The Blackheart

Pintel watched as Frederick returned from below the deck. "Looks like somethin' may be stirrin'."

"What? Ye think that Capn' Blackheart may be plannin' somethin'?" Regetti asked.

"Last I heard we was approachin' that port where the son of bootstrap be." Pintel replied back with a smirk showing his yellow teeth. "This time we get revenge on those soldiers that tried to hang us."

Regetti chuckled maniacally. "An we kills the son of bootstrap and takes the governor's daughter. Ye know she was real pretty."

"Oh that she was. But I heard that Capn' Blackheart have some special plans fer her."

Regetti chuckled again. "Revenge." He then glanced over at Twigg. "A shame that poor Twigg had to lose an eye like me in that fight with the soldiers te escape."

Pintel grunted. "Hey, Twigg! Are you ready for some pirate revenge?"

Katty_storm - March 8, 2006 10:25 PM (GMT)
Twigg hated loosing his eye he now knew what Regetti felt like. "Aye I am ready for cold blooded revenge." Twigg looked over at them both with his good eye a snear on his face. "I shall get the one that took me eye."

Dana - March 9, 2006 04:59 AM (GMT)
OOC: More Npcing of Pintel and Regetti here!

Pintel and Regetti
The Blackheart

"As fer me I will just kill them all!" Pintel replied with a sneer.

"It...it will seem strange not doin' an attack without Barbossa." Regetti replied as he scratched his head.

"That will only be this one time." Pintel replied back. "Soon we will have our good ole Capn' back with us."

"What...what ye think of Capn' Jo?" Regetti asked.

"What do I think?" Pintel asked with a look.

"Well...do ye think she's kind o' pretty?"

Pintel chuckled and looked at Twigg. "Can ye believe it, Twigg? Our mate here thinks our Capn' be pretty!"

Katty_storm - March 15, 2006 10:47 PM (GMT)
Twigg

Twigg gave a half laugh "nah I cant believe it better make sure the capn dont hear you call her that she may take offence." Twigg rubbed the back of his head "Capn Jo is as strong as our good ole captn wouldnt wanter get on her bad side." Twigg gave a small growl. "Soon we will have revenge then the capn will be back with us."

Dana - March 15, 2006 11:00 PM (GMT)
Pintel and Regetti

OOC: Yep, more NPCing lol

BIC: "Aye, that she would." Pintel agreed. "In her eyes there be only one man that has her heart and that be Barbossa."

"Then Barbossa be a lucky man." Regetti replied.

Pintel groaned and hit him in the shoulder. "Oh snap out of it, would ye? We all know that women do nothin' but weaken us! Ye let her get under yer skin and she take away all that pirate bit about ye!" He watched as Regetti moved away and then looked at Twigg. "What do ye think be eatin' him? Ye think he would be glad te be a pirate!"

Jessica - March 15, 2006 11:07 PM (GMT)
Elizabeth

Elizabeth moved out onto the veranda, "Father, it will be fine."

Governor Swann

"You are marrying a pirate, Elizabeth, how can that be fine?"

Elizabeth

"Daddy, I love him, and he did save people's lives and is a hero, even if he is a pirate and does it really matter to you so much he is a pirate as long as you know he will take care of me and I'll be happy?"

Governor Swann

He sighed and hugged his daughter to him, "No, I guess not, as long as you are happy, my love."

Elizabeth

She smiled with tears in her eyes, "I am."

Katty_storm - March 16, 2006 12:45 AM (GMT)
Twigg

"I think he still likes de pirate life Pintel but even Pirates need a woman now and then to get rid of tension." Twigg followed Regetti with his good eye "perhaps he can find himself a popit to rape while we are there." Twigg shruged he was sure that was all that was wrong.

Megan - March 16, 2006 05:06 AM (GMT)
Commodore Norrington

OOC: NPCing Gillette, again.

IC:
Norrington's sharp blue eyes prowled the fog that had set in. He was not liking this fog, not at all. Lessened visibility and moisture could cause someone to catch a chest catarrh. Elizabeth in particular.

"Gillette?" Norrington called.

"Yes sir." Gillette was next to him faster that you could say Davy Jones.

"Double the guard at the port, and here. I've got an uneasy feeling about this. Also send some guards to guard Miss Swann and Mr. Turner."

"Yes sir."

Norrington had a bad feeling about this.

Dana - March 16, 2006 06:01 AM (GMT)
Pintel and Frederick

Pintel gave an evil chuckle followed by a smile. "Oh that ye be right about, Twigg. A pirate do need a woman fer that. How long has it been fer us? I be sure they be plenty o' poppits te choose from at this weddin'. And who knows? Perhaps our Capn' Jo will let Regetti have the governor's daughter?"

At that moment Frederick walked over toward them. "All right mates. Your presence is requested below deck by order of Captain Jo."

Pintel looked at Twigg. "Somethin' be tellin' me that our time be drawin' near fer our revenge." He patted him on the shoulder. "Ah, will be just like old times. I say that we do this fer our dear ole Capn' Barbossa."

Katty_storm - March 16, 2006 06:34 AM (GMT)
Twigg was thinking about the wemon "I woul say about half a year may haps more." Twigg nodded at the thought of Perhaps Regetti have the governor's daughter. Twigg listened to Fredrick as he told them the capn wanted them bellow deck. "Aye Pintel revenge for the capn Barbossa lets get Regetti and head down revenge is strong in the air."

Captain Jack: Jack grinned widley as the wind blew in his face. He was back on his way to Port Royal, and he couldn't help but remember the first time he'd set eyes on the Port. He was in a sinking ship, and just barley made it to the dock. Never would he have guessed then the adventures and the friends he would make between then and now. He took in a deep breath of the sea air, and then turned around, looking down at his boat...his ship. The Black Pearl was finally his, and there was absolutly nothing or nobody that could wrentch it away from him again.

"Gibbs! Anamaria!" he called, calling his two most trusted crewmembers. He gave them a few things he wanted them to do to finish getting ready for their arrival at Port Royal. He was interested to see how he'd be recieved by the footmen and other aurthorities there. He certainly hoped they weren't going to try and hang him again. That was something he'd rather not have to deal with again. He took in another deep breath before making his way to his captain's quarters and changed in to the best clothes that he had. He atleast wanted to make an impressionable arrival, as was the custom of Jack Sparrow. He made his way up to the deck again, and watched patiently as the Black Pearl inched closer and closer to Port Royal

>tag: Crew of the Black Pearl<

Anamaria

The young sailor girl climbed further up the rigging, enjoying the swing and sway of the ropes under her bare feet. Anamaria was adjusting a few of the lines, per Jack's orders, but she wasn't exactly happy about doing it. "This shoulda been my boat, you know," she shouted down towards the deck, knowing that the wind would snatch the sound away before anyone could hear it. "Then you woulda been the one climbin about on the ropes. And I coulda been the one gettin ready to go to a big fancy party. But no, I had to be nice, give you back the Pearl, and what do I get for it, I ask you? Nothing! Not even a thank you, Anamaria, how kind and generous of you, Anamaria. Huh!"

She hopped down onto the deck and went to where Jack was steering the ship. "Anythin else you're needin, Cap'n?" she asked, voice suddenly a lot sweeter than it had been moments before. Irritable Anamaria might be, but stupid she was not. She didn't want any more chores added to her list before they made port.

Paige Matthews - March 17, 2006 09:18 PM (GMT)
Jack: Jack grinned mechanically at Anamaria as he kept his hand steady on the wheel. "Just make sure the lazy scullies are ready to bring up the wedding present we aquired," he told her. "I want the chest to be right behind me when we see Will and Elizabeth," he explained. Jack was certainly not above paying for a gift, but he was a pirate, and it's what he did. He had collected several valuable items through-out their most recent tour of freedom around the carribean, and even up the coast of the colonies. Of coarse it wouldn't be Jack if he didn't cause a little problems, and he might have cause a skirmish between the colonists and british...of which he was terribly sorry for...but while their were busy he snatched whatever he could find.

He looked over Anamaria, who looked a bit ruffled up, and dirty. "And why don't you go clean up alittle bit, eh?" he asked her, sniffing the air slightly in a crude manner.

mercedes - March 20, 2006 02:34 AM (GMT)
William

Only a half hour left before Will and Elizabeth get married. He is a wreck. The clock is ticking. His heart is pounding. He wants to see her. He yearns to see her. He is still walking up and down the room and then a knock at the door. "Yes who is it?" He opens it and it's one of the reverend’s boys.

"Excuse me sir, but Father says you should wait in the church because it's almost time." He said looking up at Will with great big eyes.

"Oh yes. Of course." Will said shaking his head.

They start to walk to the church. The boy turns and asks Will, "Excuse me again sir, are you nervous?"

Will looked down at the boy and said, "Yes. Yes I am."

"Why?" The boy asked.

Will stopped and thought about why he might be nervous. It's not that he doesn't love her. Their love is everlasting. "I don't know, young man."

They continued to walk to the church. He makes it inside and walks down the isle to where the reverend is suppose to stand. He paces a little and sits in a chair. He takes a deep breath and sighs.

Gaia - March 20, 2006 05:13 AM (GMT)
Anamaria

"Why you! Aaaguh!" she snarled, then turned away from him. Anamaria was well aware of the state of her clothing and person, but everyone was a bit ripe after spending so much time out to sea, the captain included. She just couldn't understand why he felt the constant need to needle her about everything; to make matters worse, she was trying to keep from saying things back while on board the Black Pearl. He was her captain, after all, even if he was a simple-minded jackass. Currently, it wasn't going very well, as Anamaria had called him just that only this morning, but the afternoon was so far blemish free.

"I'll take care of it, Cap'n," she tossed over her shoulder, then went about rousing the crew to haul the heavy chest up on deck.

Paige Matthews - March 21, 2006 02:31 AM (GMT)
Jack: Jack grinned slightly as he watched her walk away. Her expression and her words told two differnet stories, and Jack knew that he should stop ruffling her feathers, but he enjoyed to too much. She was the only one on board that was worth messing with, but he did it out of love - as much as he could.

He watched the land come closer and closer, a large grin on his face. He was later than he had wanted, but Will should know by now that any entrance Jack makes had to be spectacular, late or on time. He could see the men at the dock now, scrambling to decide whether or not to allow the large pirate ship to dock or not. "Yo! You there!" he screamed at one of the scrambling men in red at the dock. "We come for the wedding of William Turner and Miss Elizabeth!" he figured if he let them know what he was there for, they might not be so indecisive. He felt almost insulted they didn't know, but he noticed one of the captains talking to a group of men, who immediatley began to prepare for the ship to be docked.

Jack was much more pleased with his arrival at Port Royal than his last one. They had almost hung him last time, and he hoped that wasn't going to be his greeting this time. It took a good 10 minutes for everything to be done to safely get the ship docked. Once it was, Jack didn't even bother gathering his crew and telling them what to do, he just screamed from the spot he was standing, "All hands to land!" he yelled. "We leave in three days!" Jack had not required his crew men (and woman) to go to the wedding, but the invitation was extended to them, and hardley any of them cold say no to free food and ale.

Jack made his way down to the dock, and looked around satisfied, and then looked behind him at the looming ship, and his smile became very wide. "Where could I find Will, then, mate?" he asked the captain once he made it to the end of the dock.

Captain: The Port Royal captain was obviously unhappy with having to greet the pirate ship, but also obviously had no choice. "He is awaiting your arrival, but from what I understand has already headed towards the church...sir..." he added bitterly.

Jack: Jack couldn't help but love the forced politness the captain displayed towards him. He nodded to the man, "As you were-" he said, with a touch of disrespect. He wasn't exactly on best terms with those at Port Royal, so he was not going to extend his best manners (which were still lacking) to men who already hated. He might as well play to the way they saw him anyways.

Gaia - March 21, 2006 03:26 AM (GMT)
Anamaria

Muscles straining in her thin arms, whole body trembling, Anamaria struggled to hold up her side of the chest, not wanting to leave the equally tiny Keziah, their cabin boy, with all of the load. She was covered in sweat; it was dripping down into her eyes, stinging them something fierce, but she couldn't spare a hand to wipe it away. And to top it all off, she had just realized Jack had already left the ship, leaving her and Kezzie behind. "Damn him to the firey pits of hell!" she snarled, trying to spot him on the dock.

"What?" Kezzie said, as he had been focusing on carrying the chest and not much else. "Who? Ana, when're we gonna put this down? I'm about ready to drop! Where's the Cap'n?"

"That's just the problem, Kezzie," she replied. "He wandered offship with out us! Just like the crew, leaving us to haul this... this present by ourselves! Damn him to the firey pits of hell!" Anamaria knew she was repeating herself, but didn't much care. Then she sighed. Whether she waited to figure out where Jack had gone off to, or just took the chest off the Pearl herself, it was going to have to get off the ship sometime.

"Keep going, we're going to take it ourselves," she said, starting to walk off the ship as Keziah followed her. Resuming her looking for Jack, she suddenly thought of something. If he says one bloody word to me about the fact I didn't clean myself up, I'm going to slit his throat, captain or no!

Paige Matthews - March 21, 2006 05:24 AM (GMT)
Jack: Jack stopped and turned around, wanting to survey the ship and see in which direction his crew was dispersing, and he saw Anamaria and Kezzie struggling with the gift he had...aquired for the bride and groom. With an almost cheerful grin, and made his way towards them, almost strutting. Without lifting a finger to help the duo, he began to walk slowly with them, wanting to arrive with his gift more than anything at all.

He glanced sideways at Anamaria. He always gave her a hard time, but in truth he liked her quite a bit. She was the only woman he'd ever met with the courage to sail with a bunch of men, as their equal and not as their guest. He could tell she was annoyed, and even took a little bit of enjoyment out of it. "Just make sure you scully wags don't drop it, eh?" he grinned lightly, but his tone voice was anything but demanding.

Gaia - March 21, 2006 06:36 AM (GMT)
Anamaria

"Ah, look, Kezzie. There he is, that rat bastard," she muttered, scuttling down the dock with Keziah, both of them huffing and puffing like the proverbial big bad wolf. Amazed as Jack just strolled along, not even offering help, Anamaria was silent for a moment. Then, when he said what he did, all of her determination not to be short with him left her. They weren't onboard anymore, anyway. "I'll drop it right on your mash-filled head! Not that there's anythin in there to hurt. And what do you have in this thing, a dead body?!" Anamaria snapped, completely frustrated with the world in general.

"Ana," Kezzie said warningly, worried that the captain was going to get mad. He would never talk to Jack that way... then again, he was only twelve.

"Oh, don't get your sheets in a twist," she replied, rolling her eyes. "If the Cap'n can't take it, he should get off the boat."

She shifted her hands, which were rapidly growing as sweaty as the rest of her, causing her to loose her grip on the chest. They had continued down the dock as Anamaria ranted, and were now almost to the end. "Which way?" she asked, desperate to put the chest down and get a drink, maybe even a bath.

Commodore Norrington

The Commodore spied Will go into the church with a revrend boy. Leaving Gillette in charge of things for the time being, Norrington followed Will inside. Will was sitting down near the front of the church, and Norrington walked silently to him. How many times had Norrington envisioned his marriage to Elizabeth here? How many times had he wished his dreams would become reality? Sighing heavily, Norrington stood beside Will, his hands behind his back.

"Need company, Turner?"

Dana - March 25, 2006 08:12 PM (GMT)
Captain Jo, Pintel, Regetti, Frederick
The Blackheart

Frederick watched as the pirates gathered below deck. He then cast a glance over to Samuel who seemed to be whispering something to a few pirates which was being met with laughs. He did not trust Samuel one bit and him speaking to other pirates was always a sign for trouble. He then saw Captain Jo coming down the steps and raised his hand. “Be still! All ears should be listening to Captain Jo!”

Captain Jo walked to the center of the room and waited for it to grow quiet. “It is now time for our revenge to commence. But we shall not attack in the normal way. There shall be many soldiers to overcome and that is why we must be cautious. We must make then unaware of what is to come.” She paused as some laughter erupted from the men. “A small party consisiting of myself and a few others shall take a small boat and be dressed in clothing depicting the upper class. We shall make it seem that our ship hit some rocks due to the thick fog and that we had to abandon it. That shall allow us to distract them and allow the rest of you to come in the other boats under cover of the fog. You shall remain on the other side of Port Royal until Frederick is able to give you the signal to attack. You shall NOT move from your places until then. Do you understand?” She watched as the pirates all nodded their heads and grunted. “Good. Anyone who does not do as their told shall receive strict punishment. And once the attack commences...let nothing stand in your way. And remember....I want the bride and groom alive.” She turned to Frederick. “Frederick, bring two others that you feel are worthy to accompany us. Then bring them to my quarters.” She then left the room and headed back toward her cabin.

“Well, you heard the Captain. She needs two worthy men to accompany her.” Frederick replied. “So, are there any volunteers?”

Almost immediately Regetti raised his hand. “I will!”

Pintel turned to Twigg. “Why does that not surprise me? So what do ye think, Twigg? Would ye rather take part in the attack er get on Capn’ Jo’s good side?”

Katty_storm - March 27, 2006 04:12 PM (GMT)
Twigg

Twigg smirked when Regetti volinteered to go. " Well Im not sure what I would rather do which do ye wish to do Pintel Is thinking one of us should go and watch over Twigg all googoo eyed he is for her."

Dana - March 28, 2006 03:28 AM (GMT)
Pintel

"If ye think I be puttin' on another dress like I did when we was tryin' te take on the Dauntless yer crazy!" Pintel replied. "But if ye think one of us should volunteer te keep an eye on Regetti and prevents him from doin' something stupid, ye may be right." He sighed. "I guess it shoulds be me since I seems te always get in these messes with him. Would ye be wantin' te be with us before I give me answer?"

Paige Matthews - March 28, 2006 05:59 PM (GMT)
Jack: Jack looked sideways at Ana as her sharp tongue showed itself, he couldn't help but have a bit of an amused smile on his face, "We're pirates, we don't have to watch our language, do we?" she mused lightly as he walked along with them, his hands behind his back. "Just a few trinkets we've picked up along the way," he answered her question, without really answering it. It was full of gold, jewelry, and other treasures they'd "found". However, Jack may be a theif, but he was certainly not a murderer. Everything that they'd gotten had been without the spill of blood, to his knowledge anyways.

Jack looked around as Ana asked which way, and seeing the church just slightly to their right, he gestured towards it. It was rather big, and had other buildings around it, but there was certainly no mistaking that there was wedding about to take place there. As they walked towards the church, they got plenty of stares and fearful looks, but Jack just shrugged them off with a cheeky smile.

"You can place it here-" Jack pointed to an area at the front of the church. He needed to find Will, but he didn't want to make Ana and Kennzie do more than they already had. "You're free to do as you wish," he told them both with a smile, and began to look around for where he could find Will.

William

Will turned to and shook his head at the Commodore. "Yes sir. That would be nice." Will put his hands behind his back and started to rock back and forth. "Is it always this stressful?" He asked Commodore Norrington. Just before the Commodore was going to answer they both heard screams from outside. "What is going on?" Will ran to the door, thinking of Elizabeth and opened it. He opened it to find an old friend, Captian Jack Sparrow.

Confused, Will asked, "Jack? What in the world are you doing here?" Behind Jack Will could see two pirates going crazy. "Also who are they?" Will pointed. Just as he remembered, Will turned around to find a smug Commodore Norrington staring right at the Captain.

Megan - April 2, 2006 08:13 PM (GMT)
Commodore Norrington

"I wouldn't know." Norrington said tartly to Will, but he was interrupted by screams. He immediately placed his hand on the hilt of his sword and followed Will to the door. When it opened to reveal Captain Jack Sparrow, Norrington drew his sword and pointed it at the pirate's chest.

"You sir, are under arrest, as are your companions." He said tartly. A smug looked posessed his face as he called, "Gillette, bring some irons and men!"

Paige Matthews - April 3, 2006 07:12 PM (GMT)
Jack: "Will!" Jack smiled widley and put his hand on Will's shoulder in a gesture of meeting. "It's been to long, my friend!" he said, and he pulled him out of the room just slightly, "I've brought you and that lovely lady of yours a gift to celebrate," Jack told him as he pointed down to the large chest sitting against the wall a few paces down. "Got a bit heavy for the mates to handle," he joked, explaining why he didn't having it by the door.

Jack hadn't paid any attention to the scream, but turned around when Will asked him who they were, "Oh, just some of my crew-" he nodded lightly. "They won't make much of a fuss. They've made an oath to uphold your...laws...through me. No stealing, and well...that's just about all we do-" he smiled vaguley.

His glance went to the Commadore when he said that Jack was under arrest. "You tried to hang me once, and that didn't turn out too well..." Jack said with a tone of arrogance and pride. "I'm just here to celebrate this lads wedding. Ain't no harm in that, now is there?"

Commodore Norrington

Norrington gave Jack a sardonic smile. "You are a pirate, wanted by the crown, and you shall be arrested, tried, and hung accordingly." At that moment, Gillette and three men arrived, with irons. Gillette moved towards Jack with his set.

"And I assure you, the wedding will be just fine without your presence, captain."

Pintel and Frederick

Frederick glanced over at Twigg. "Another volunteer. Anyone else?"

Pintel raised his hand. "Ye no find no better pirates fer the job than us!"

Frederick nodded. "Then report to Captain Jo's quarters at once. The rest of you need to go on deck and be prepared for battle and instructions."

Pintel glanced at Twigg. "Just like old times mate." He put a hand on his shoulder. "Now, let us be headin' te find out what Capn' Jo needs us te do." He then started heading toward the Captain's quarters with Regetti in tow.

Jack: Jack tilted his head slightly, "Did ya learn nothing from last time, mate?" he asked. "Ya might as well make it easier on yourself and not go through all the trouble of tryin' to catch me. The Pearl's not far, and not emptied. You don't really want them to be missin' their captain do ya? Besides, you get rid of me, you got no way of controllin' the crew that did come a shore. All you got is an island full of pirates, and no way to rally them. Could get a little violent..." he smirked lightly. "Besides, if your using all technicalities our young Mr. Turner here is just as much pirate as I am," he smirked lightly. Sure, Will didn't live the lifestyle, but he had pirates blood running through him, and Jack considered him a fellow pirate, as honorary as it was.

Captain Jo, Frederick, Pintel, Regetti and Twigg

Captain Jo waited in her quarters until Pintel, Regetti and Twigg had entered. "These are the ones who volunteered to come on shore with me?"

Frederick nodded.

Josephine regarded them for a moment. "We must make certain that they have ample disguises." She noticed the pauses. "They are original members of Barbossa's crew are they not? Then they might easily be recognized by Norrington's men." She walked up to Pintel and pulled on his beard slightly. "This shall have to go."

Pintel looked at Captain Jo. "What? Ye can not be serious?"

"Yes, I CAN be serious." Captain Jo replied. "One who is of the upper class would not look so....unclean." She glanced at Twigg. "The same goes for you." She looked at Regetti. "And you. If any of you are to escort me then you must look like men of the upper class."

"Ye be crazy!" Pintel replied. "This beard and me face be part of I am as a pirate!"

"It is YOU be crazy." Captain Jo corrected him. "And that is another thing. You must speak with the proper tongue and not like some...low life. And ask yourself something, Pintel. Is it worth a small sacrifice to get rid of something that will grow back to get revenge so richly deserved? Not to mention....that should you perform this service for me, I shall see that all of you are given proper rewards as well." She paused. "So...what do you say gentlemen? Do you still wish to be my escorts and prove beyond a doubt that you are the best pirates in my crew?"

Pintel looked at Twigg. "What do ye..." He paused. "YOU think, Twigg?"

Anamaria & Kezzie
<tag Norrington>

As Jack gave them an order, Ana rolled her eyes at the little cabin boy and began to lug her end towards the spot where the captain had pointed. She could feel her arms begging to just let go, and suddenly, as the side opposite from her banged into the dirt, more weight hung from her sweating fingers. "Keziah! Ye know better than to just be dropping things! Give a mate some warning!" Anamaria snarled, letting her side smack down, a cloud of dust accompanying it. She inhaled to began ranting again and sucked in a lot of it, then began coughing hard, tears leaking down her face.

Kezzie, soulful eyes wide and alarmed, ran to her side and started whacking her on the back. "I didn't mean to do it Ana, honest!" he said, voice escalating as her coughing only grew louder. "It was just so heavy, and I'm so hot, and we'd been carrying it for so long! Please breathe, Ana! Please!"

She turned her head, the hacking slowly abating into painful hiccups, and pushed him away. "I'm - hic - okay, Kez - hic - zie," she said, kicking at the chest where it had landed tight to the wall. Unable to move it to where Jack had specified, Ana shrugged and wiped her face on her ragged shirt, holding her breath to make the hiccups go away.

Just as she drew breath again, to say something to Jack this time, the door to the church began to open. Ana grabbed Kezzie and went to stand behind the captain. Folding her arms, she tried her best to look both fierce and un-piratey, which was difficult to pull off at the best of times, much less after having lost a minutes worth of air. As she saw who it was, she motioned for Kezzie to brush the dust from his clothes and hat, which he did swiftly, then moved to stand behind her. That started an interesting struggle, as Ana didn't want him to look like he was hiding. Which he certainly was. Those men looked much to fancy for his comfort.

All of Kezzie's fears came to life as the Commodore threatened to imprision him. His scuffle with Ana quickly stopped, and the ebony-skinned child went as pale as was possible. "Ana..." he whispered. "Can he really do that?"

She remained silent for a minute, watching the play between Will, Jack, and Norrington. "No worries, Kezzie," she whispered back, then stepped up beside her captain.

"It's one thing for you to threaten me or the cap'n here," Ana said, eyes fixed on Norrington, voice low and dangerous. "But he's just a kid, who didn't choose this life, and you all are scaring him something fierce. I thought this was supposed to be a celebration, Commodore. So maybe you could find it in your ever-loving heart to cut us a break."

Her tone was scathing, sarcastic, but she was praying that he would listen to her. Ana wouldn't mind going to jail, and Lord knew that Jack had been there often enough, but it would be Keziah's first time behind bars. As long as she had life in her body, she was going to do her damndest to keep the boy out of prision.
