RPG Plot: In the bustling city of Cosmo, Florida, a battle rages on. The clean streets, booming business, and cheery faces of it's citizens would fool you at a first glance, but they're all prepared to run for cover the moment an evil villain appears on the scene with world domination on their minds. The citizens never have to fear for long before the protectors of Cosmo appear on the scene and - usually - save the day.
