Here follows will be a list of characters that can be used by anyone. The information given is simply the bare bones of the character, you may characterize them as you like (though try to keep it consistent). You may create new NPCs, and also sign up to play them permanently or semi permanently.
NPC Rules:
- These people may be killed off at any time. You may murder them.
- Important or often used NPCs will be marked. You may not kill these NPCs without prior approval.
- These characters will have accounts created for them. If you are RPing as them, please sign in as them before you post as them, to make things easier.
- Do not change the profiles of NPCs. Admins will add and change things about them.
- Fill out the following code to create a new NPC.

If you would like to take up the role of a NPC, please tell an admin and fill out a full character form. If you would like to take the roll only semi-permanently, tell an admin and it will be reserved to you.You may reserve an NPC for a single role play. Tell an admin and they will reserve it to you for the duration. More than one person can be renting the character at one time, assuming the role plays take place a minimum of two days apart.Living relatives of characters will automatically made into NPCs, unless specifically requested otherwise.
