If you don't know what promos are or how they work, let me tell you. Promos are promotional pokemon or items that are given out for free to members of the site. In order to recieve one, you must post a reply to the started topic saying you want one. After you do that, a moderator (like me for example), will change your trainer's profile to include the new pokemon and/or item. If you chose to recieve a pokemon, other things you could post in your reply would be the (a)gender, (b)nickname, © box or team, etc. If it's an item you got, you could choose to put that item directly into your PC.
