Once upon a time in the far away land of Averlan, there lay a very special place full of very special people. What was this place? Well, I'm glad you asked. Averlan Preparatory Academy, a very different sort of high school with a very unique student body. What on earth made this boarding school that much different than any other? The grounds for acceptance, of course! This fantastical academy didn't accept just any old riffraff, the catch was that every student was the modern day. teenage incarnation of a fairytale counterpart!
Sure you can take the teen out of public high schools, but that doesn't mean you're about to keep the drama at bay. It may be a preparatory academy, but Averlan certainly doesn't teach charm, poise or etiquette and the teens certainly find their own ways to cause drama. Take a vial of raging hormones, mix it up with a vat of colourful (to say the least) personalities and you have yourself a nice little recipe for disaster as only teens can cause it. With friends come backstabbing and gossip, with love comes breakups and cheating and high school just isn't high school without the tangy zip of cliques and mortal enemies. So let fly with the wicked deadly drama.
